Values, Vision and Mission
The mission of Kansas City Tres Dias is to emulate the unconditional, individual, lavish grace and love of God, through Christian servant leadership.
KCTD’s purpose is to refresh, equip, and empower the Body of Christ to serve one another and their communities, for the praise and glory of God.
To develop a community of Bible-based, Christ-centered, Spirit-filled, Christian servant leaders, who prayerfully carry out the Great Commission and model Jesus for the Glory of God the Father.

Inclusiveness – Ephesians 4:2-6
2 Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. 3 Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. 4 There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism; 6 one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.
Excellence – Philippians 4:8-9
8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. 9 Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.
Communication – Colossians 3:12-15
12 Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. 13 Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. 14 And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity.
15 Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful.
Love – 1 John 4:16-19
16 And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them. 17 This is how love is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the day of judgment: In this world we are like Jesus. 18 There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love. 19 We love because he first loved us.
Open-Mindedness – Psalm 46:10 and Isaiah 55:12
10 He says, “Be still, and know that I am God;
I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth.”
12 You will go out in joy
and be led forth in peace;
the mountains and hills
will burst into song before you,
and all the trees of the field
will clap their hands.
Freedom – John 8:36
36 So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.
